Arts Centre Sunday Market by the Yarra - Besides having approximately 150 stalls of varying arts and crafts, buskers in the background, the backdrop of the Arts centre and bustling Yarra river, it also includes a number of photography stalls. One artist I was impressed by, was photographer - Warren Lansley. He has a vast range of Melbourne and Australiana photography showing an intimate and personal lone photographer style which also stamps his many fantastic overseas travel shots as well.
He has spent the last 25 years accumulating his collection of photography solely from a passionate weekend hobby, but as yet does not have a web site or blog, unfortunately, for me to quote here.
The market is located over two levels, along St Kilda Road between Hamer Hall and Theatres building as well as in the Undercroft of Hamer Hall, beside the Yarra River.
